Easy returns
Genicci does not charge shipping costs for exchanging and returning your orders. The exception to this is when you order multiple items and decide to keep 1 item below €50. In that case, we charge €4.95 shipping costs. We will settle this with the amount to be credited.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good. Download the model withdrawal form here.
Returning your order is quick and easy. Click on the 'register return' button below and register your return. Keep your zip code and track and trace code at hand.

Exchange procedure
We advise you to place a new order for the item you want to receive. This way you will receive the item as quickly as possible. This way you can enjoy the products you ordered as quickly as possible.
